Cannock online exercise

Cannock Versus Arthritis run weekly physiotherapy for people living in Staffordshire.

Our friendly and informal sessions are held via Zoom so you can take part in the comfort of your own home. The exercises can be done either seated or standing and participants are encouraged to take things at their own pace.

This is a great opportunity to meet others with arthritis in the local area while looking after your health and well-being through gentle exercise.
