Our Sport England funded Let’s Move exercise programme includes a range of resources that can help you to support your patients with arthritis to be physically active. All our programmes can be done at home, any time, with no special equipment.
Our exercising with arthritis information and videos highlight why exercise is important for people with arthritis, how much and what type of exercise they should do, as well as the importance of setting personal activity goals to keep motivated.

Full body stretching
20 minute full body stretch routines specially designed for a different time of day, including a morning, day time and evening routine. Demonstrated by Physiotherapist Jay Milomo and people living with arthritis.
Exercises for healthy joints
A range of follow along stretching videos and stretch exercise diagrams focusing on different areas of the body including the feet and ankles, shoulders, neck, elbows, knees, back, hips, hands and wrists.
