Bereavement support
We know that losing someone or something important is one of the most difficult things that can happen in life. Everyone grieves in a way that is unique to them but you don’t need to face grief alone.
GriefChat
We have partnered with GriefChat who offer free, professional support through grief with a qualified bereavement counsellor.
GriefChat’s specially trained counsellors are experienced in supporting bereaved people and will listen to your story, explore how your grief is affecting you and help you to find any additional support you might need, including referral into other specialist bereavement services.
You can remain anonymous or provide your name, whichever you prefer. GriefChat is free to use and is open 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and then by email outside of these hours to info@griefchat.co.uk
To chat to a specially trained bereavement counsellor, use the chat box at the bottom of this page.
