Our Versus Arthritis Criccieth Support Groupis open to all, free, and provides a safe space to share lived experiences of having a long term health condition, including peer support and self-management tools to live well with arthritis or an MS health condition, as well as participation in movement and cativitym talks on health and other subjects.
