So many people don't understand what it is like to live with a condition that can have such a hidden impact on our life. Our Versus Arthritis Criccieth Support Group is open to all, free, and provides a safe space to share lived experiences of having a long term health condition, including peer support and self-management tools to live well with arthritis or an MS health condition, as well as participation in movement talks on health and other subjects.
