Chair Based Yoga. - These gentle forms of chair-based exercise are suitable for anyone with an arthritic or similar condition and can help to improve balance, stability, muscle strength and reduce pain and stiffness. All taster sessions are fully accessible, wheelchair friendly and are led by qualified instructors.
