Llandudno Support Group

Information, peer support and activity group meeting for people with arthritis from the surrounding communities.

Group will provide pathway to access signposting and 1:1 support from CVA staff and other Versus Arthritis services (diary of activities, online community, resources).

Group provides safe space to share lived experiences of having long term health condition including peer support and self-management tools to live well.

Group will incorporate diary of activities to encourage movement and activity (i.e. Let's Move with Leon / Versus Arthritis YouTube channel, hand crafts) as well as inviting speakers on topics related to health and wellbeing.
