Scunthorpe Versus Arthritis Branch is a very friendly group who meet once a month.
We have chair based exercises, speakers, information leaflets and publications and refreshments. We run fitness classes aimed at those living with arthritis.
A professional trainer attends the exercise group, cost £3.
Other meetups arranged periodically at various locations.
