We Are Undefeatable
We Are Undefeatable is a national campaign supporting people with a range of long-term health conditions to be active. Developed by 15 leading health and social care charities, including ourselves, and backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England.
Being Undefeatable is understanding that how you feel can change from day-to-day, that everybody’s situation is unique, and that moving more when you can is just as important as accepting when you can’t.
The We Are Undefeatable website provides information to help you find an activity you enjoy, tips to help you get started with moving more and lots of ideas about how to build activity into your routine. There’s lots of ideas and free resources to support you to move more at home or outdoors. You can also check out their You Tube channel for lots of free movement videos, all designed for people living with different long-term health conditions.
Versus Arthritis supports the We Are Undefeatable campaign by promoting the support and resources available from the campaign to support people living with arthritis to find activities that they enjoy and incorporate more movement into their lives.
Here are a few stories from people living with arthritis about how they like to stay active.
